Message virtualization puts an Outlook email message into a form like browse mode so that you can use all the browse mode first letter navigation and such. This is important for those of us who get emails with fancy formatting in them, especially tables. Facebook messages, for example come in a table format and if your messages are not virtualized, arrowing down through the message means you don't read the message easily. If all you get are simple text based messages such as from this list, message virtualization is not really going to make that big of a different for you, but would still allow you to move to links, headings, paragraphs, etc. with first letter navigation.
