I think I also went to YouTube when I first moved to Office 2010 and searched for office Ribbon Window Eyes and got a few clips from another trainer out there name Cathi.

For example, control D still opens the Font dialog box. And, on the old menu system, hitting Alt O then e opened the dialog box for chaging the case of your text.
