On my document, if I hit Controll F, it says forward.

Hi Veronica,

From within the window of the open email message, you should be able to open
the File menu, arrow down to Save attachments, and press Enter.
This should open the standard browse to lacation dialog.
I know that, normally, Control-Alt-A is the recommended method, but I
thought I would recommend the least complicated method. Smile

Hth,

Rod

Ok, now I found it. I went into Utilities and downloaded it. Not exactly
sure where it went, it used to be there. Hmm, anyway, I did what I did
before, clicked on it, then went to refresh libraries and still I cannot get
attachments. So frustrating, grrrr.
Any suggestions would be grately appreciated. Veronica

Veronica,
I think what you want is
Diagnostics.
It is in your list of running apps
Just press alt from the Window-Eyes control panel and right arrow to apps.
Down arrow to Diagnostics and press enter.
Refresh accessibility libraries is the second one down.
Rebecca
And press enter.

I have a problem, it is similar to something I had before as I cannot read
attachments again. But the last time I fixed my prob by going to the App
manager, hitting enter and then arrowing up to WE Diagnostics. I hit enter
here, then arrowed down to Refresh libraries.
But now, now, there is no option for WE Diagnostics, it is not there, and I
cannot find it in Utilities. Help! Do you have any suggestions on how to
find my attachments or how to fix it?

Veronica

Hi Ron,

The options are set in the options for the GW Toolkit app, on the Apps menu.

Subject: updating aps

Until last week, when there was an update to an ap,p I used a box popped up
telling me which apps needed an update. Apparently this changed and now I
have an auditory signal that an update is available but the scfreen that
offered me choices and mentioned which update needed an update has vanished.
Any suggestion as to how to get back the tone and voice signal that includes
what has an update available would be appreciated. I’ve spent a fair piece
of time looking on my own and have decideed asking would be more time
efficient. Thanks.
Ron Denis
