If you want an alternative to Alt-Tab, you can use the Task View.
Press the Windows Key-Tab.
Window-Eyes should say,
"Running applications.  Task view."
You can press the left and right arrow keys to arrow through the list of
running programs.  Press enter to select the one you want.  If you want
instead to close the program, press the Context Menu key and arrow up to
close and press enter. You should still be in Task View, so left or right
arrow to the program you still want to use and press enter, or press escape.
The Windows Key-Tab is a Microsoft command, not a Window-Eyes command.

or come close to it.
If you run Appget, you will find it under Productivity.
