Thanks. That seems to have taken care of the problem along with another problem that I was having. I had done the reinstall of 9.4 but had not the done the repair of the video driver.

Hi,
If this was a win7 to 10 upgrade, go to help/check for updates and reinstall Window-eyes over itself. Once that is done, go to apps/diagnostics and repair the Windows 10 display driver.
Once both of those tasks are done your pointer should work in most places.

Subject: Mouse keypad

I am having a problem using the keypad to do object review. I can route the pointer to the element but when I try to use the keys around the keypad 5 all I get is a beep even though it tells me it has routed to the proper location. Does anyone have any thought as to correct this. This used to work but has stopped and I am not sure if it was with the Win 10 upgrade or not.

Thank s,
Danny
