If you are using Outlook and message virtualization is enabled, try reinstalling Outlook Enhance through AppGet (reached with Windows-G).

I asked here and the result was; well I was told it was because I am using Norton as my virus protector. Maybe, maybe not. The problem that was pointed out to me recently by my husband who several months ago uninstalled Norton and installed AVG for me was that I have been using Norton for a long long time and I could get attachments. So what changed? The problem in my opinion had to be in the new upgrade, what is it? I went back to Norton because AVG actually makes me coocoo. Every little while it pops up and says we are checking for viruses and though you might say this is a good thing, it does it so often that I loose my concentration of what I am actually suppose to be doing. Frustrated in New Mexico!
