i have also used eset smart security anti virus on the dvd it created and on
the anaversory upgraded drive and it did not find any viruses.

as i have said. this creation tool is not the same version that everyone
else is trying to use.
it installed the anaversory version without haveing to uninstall anything.
this person got it to work too. so i am not the only one.

The media creation tool worked. As I'm writing this, windows 10 anniversary
addition is being installed. Thanks for the tip!
I used the media creation tool when I first installed windows 10, but I
didn't scroll down far enough on the Microsoft page to see this tool when I
tried this upgrade.
