Hi List, A friend is trying to send me an Excel workbook. She has Windows 7 and Office 2013. I am using Windows 10 and Office 2016 and latest version of Window-Eyes. She does not use a screen reader. After several attempts of hers to send the workbook as an attachment, I am only able to open parts of the workbook. I am getting one or two worksheets but not the entire workbook. I have enabled editing and have my program maximized. I have tried to save the attachment she sends with control-alt-a to open and properties key to go to Save attachment. Control-y will not let me get to another folder than my inbox. Compatibility issue here? Thanks, all.
