Hi again Rebecca: First, I think there 2 dons in the list, however, I still cannot get the control shift and neither 5. 4. 3 . 6.or any of the keys to give me info.
I am using the latest update of windows 10 I opened the documents folder , tried the above key strokes and not the info you mentioned. Perhaps some setting in windows 10? I can live without the commands but, I do like the result you get.
