Hi Mike, If the table is truly formatted as a table, then you use the CapsLock or dedicated Insert key in conjunction with the dedicated arrow keys to move among the cells. However, unlike in web browsers or email programs, you must first enter table mode using Control-Numpad-Plus. Also, to exit table mode you would press Control-Numpad-Minus.
