I just talked with a Microsoft rep who finally admitted that there is a problem with the last series of security updates causing unnecessary security warnings when opening links from the favorites folder in internet explorer. He advised that one way to solve this problem is to downgrade to the 1511 version of windows 10 until the problem is fixed, but I like the new anniversary update, so I don't plan to do that, I'll just put of with the unnecessary security warnings and keep bugging Microsoft.
