Set files are not on App Central which is why you didn't find them there. They are installed when Window Eyes is itself installed. If you look in the Window Eyes Control Panel, File Menu, Factory Settings, you will see a list of Set Files and that will include information on which are installed and which not. You need to make sure that the Set File for Office 2016 is installed. HTH Yusuf

I made sure office 2007 was completely uninstalled and ran both the links for office enhance and outlook enhance that Chris sent to me but still the same thing is said and I do not know if the message is read, unread, forwarded, ETC. Can anyone help me out before I get totally desperate and delete Office 2016 and go back to 2007? Thanks in advance.
