Hi: I had that problem and turned off some things in Internet Explorer under the View Menu. I turned off most all the items under the ToolBar selections Menu. Also, there are the items under the Explorer Bar menu you might want to experiment with turning off. I do have the tools bar locked whatever that does. In any event, I got rid of that particular situation but don't remember exactly what I turned off under the ToolBar menus and the Explorer bar menues. Rick USA
