David, you are assuming that most app developers know whether or not a blind
individual would ever use their app offerings!  Well, even the U.S.
government that passed legislation called the Americans With Disabilities
Act, be the original, or as amended, DOES NOT even MAKE THINGS accessible to
the blind!  

If the government is utterly useless with respect to honoring not just the
letter, but the intent of the ADA legislation, why should I, an app
developer for example, be held to a much higher standard?
