Actually yes: and some of us have. We've contacted VFO and I for one never even got the courtesy of an auto response. And further yes: alert people through opinion and evidence that what is happening is important, and that assuming that VFO still has someone looking after this list through AI Squared - continue to express disatisfaction.
VFO has at least two choices: a growing number of unhappy and dissatisfied customers, or a growing number of satisfied customers. The choice is VFO's.
