Accessible World and VIP Conduit use Talking Communities. Before entering one of their rooms, you need to download a small piece of software. Instructions on how to use it are on each site. Possibly, Out-of-Sight might use itl as well.

So if anyone wants to host some kind of meeting over the internet it looks like it's talking communities. I wonder if they are even still in business?
