On my old Windows 7 laptop, I had copied some olfd VHS movies to my hard drive for my kids. I would play them with Window Media Player. I got a new Windows 10 laptop and copied the movies from my external backup hard drive to load them onto this new laptop. I went to show my kids a movie as I had done previously, but they are telling me there is no video on Window Media Player, just sound. Any ideas if there is some setting that needs to be tweaked?
