I had this happen just the other day myself, and I called AI
Squared/VFO, and was told to call Microsoft Access, which I did, and
they got me up and running again remotely.

Hi all,
I seem to have run into an issue with the Office version of WE. After having
my computer off for an hour or two earlier I turned it on just a few minutes
ago and got the message that my copy of WE does not appear to be valid and that
a message containing the name and serial number was sent to the AISquared
server. Almost mmediately upon clicking the accompanying OK button I got the
message that my demonstration time was about to expire. I’m not sure what could
be causing the problem or how to fix it. I tried running one of the programs in
the Office 2010 suite in the hope that it would correct the problem but so far
no luck. Any help would be appreciated. I also know it’s not an internet issue
since I can still access the web.
Focus your powers and prepare for buttle.
