This app lets you choose to see all apps, app updates only, new apps, or both which is new and updated apps. Which ever choice you use, you can go through the list and install or skip apps. You can even choose to download the entire bunch of app packages to a directory of your choice--such as c:\apps I personally prefer this app for getting all of my app updates.
