Haven’t listened to it, but, mail works with Narrator. Narrator does seem to be improving and will probably fill the bill for someone eventually.

Pricewise, you’ll get more bank for your buck if you buy Window-Eyes or JAWS. The program doesn’t seem to work with Windows 10 mail, though I haven’t tried any other Windows 10 apps. With Mail, it’s almost like it isn’t even there. It uses the Nuance voices, but, Window-Eyes and JAWS are a tad more responsive than SuperNova is. Maybe they’ll surprise us with a major update later this year—I have no idea about their update cycle, but, right now, I’d stick with Window-Eyes.
