I requested a full copy download of my 9.5.4 so I will be able to
install it on my new computer when I get it. It is a zip file and will
need to be either unzipped to an empty folder or it can be placed on an
external thumb drive or burned to a DVD and run from there. Of course,
should I want to keep my current settings, which may or may not be the
case, I will also back up my WE profile folder.

Paulette, why not download a copy from GW Micro's website and save it on a
flash drive or somewhere on your computer hard disk? That way, you'd always
have it to reinstall when that becomes necessary.
Note that you may have to install a previous version such as 9.0.0 before
you can install the upgrade. Hopefully I'm still right on that one!
