Hi, Actually I think those virtual ribbons get in the way, because they disable Microsoft's shortcuts.
For example, if you want to update Office, you can just press alt, then F, then D, then R, then you're in the updates window. But try that with virtual ribbons turned on. I recommend learning the Office interface.
