I think you can download many or all bookshare titles as mp3 audio files, which means you could paln them on your computer or the NLS player if you put them on a USB drive. These days, I prefer to load them into Voice Dream Reader as daisy files on my iphone. I've also loaded them onto a BookSense device.
The site works fine with Window Eyes.
