That and they probably had to verify everyones status with WindowEyes as

Well, of course, there could have been a real bottleneck back when the
migration was taking place.  After all, I wonder how many WE users took
advantage of the offer during those couple of months.  And, of course, there
was still the normal amount of Jaws, etc. business.
