Hi Richard, Well, quite recently, I lost the ability to read emails as web pages in Outlook 2016, which, as you know, I prefer, rather than as plain text, as you do. I haven't figured out how to fix my problem with reading Outlook email, and so my only resort is to use NVDA or another screen reader. I wish Microsoft would leave well enough alone with all their upgrades. So, I guess what I'm saying is that I don't think I can explain what may be going on for you.
