I don't know about that way to make a folder. I always get into the menu,
and arrow up or down to "new". I enter on that and the first choice is
folder. Pam.

I just noticed that WE does not support the new folder feature when you
want to create a new folder by hitting control shift n. NVDA and
Narrator do support this feature.
