Heres what I'm getting when I'm in keyboard settings foor example when I go to voice and I hit the tab key I just get toggle button I don't hear voice global toggle scope, in order to get that I must press enter twice then I hear that. This happens all the time when there is a toggle button never happened before. At home I am using windows 1803 at work using windows 1709 even after the it guy reimaged my machine I get the same thing. Annoying if somebody can call me 2128021633 and walk me through how to fix this problem I would appreciate this.
