Hello all,

Thanks very much for all your help. Just for your info, I did think of
uninstalling and reinstalling Wlm but, unfortunately I couldn't find where
to uninstall it.
WLM is not listed in the control panel's Default Programs nor in Program and
features. I also cannot find it in the list of apps.

David did mention that my computer may have caught the 'flu. Well, I don't
know about that but I certainly
have caught the flu myself which is why I am in no mood at this time to mess
around with the computer. Most of the problems I am having seem to be
connected with apps which cannot be installed properly, like the Word
Navigation app. When I tried to add them, a message pops up saying that the
app is "Not Validated" or something like that.

I do use the register cleaner in my Ccleaner from time to time. In my
Windows XP box, I have a program called Regscrub which I found very
helpful, but apparently, that program has not been updated for Windows 7-10.
It also does not give me the option of backing up my register in case
something should go wrong during cleaning.

Never mind. I think I can live with my computer the way it is for now.
