I agree with you but sadly for Window-Eyes for Office, I can no longer get Code Factory to acknowledge my license for Eloquence. I even bought a new license last Fall with no uses on it.
I just literally missed out on upgrading to Window-Eyes last version and I'd still pay for it today as I agree, I still prefer many aspects of window-Eyes over JAWS but now I'm being forced to use JAWS. I get nowhere with Vispero's Technical support and I was a Tech support person for FS at one time. There's issues with JAWS and what appears to be certain HTML or similar content and it crashes JAWS and Outlook regularly. I sent them samples and they wouldn't acknowledge it.
