Just to clarify, my understanding from the conference call is that the mailing list will nominate and then vote for up to five candidates. The five elected to the PSC will then, by consensus, appoint two additional members of the community to the PSC, to ensure balanced representation of the various current stakeholders in moving the project forward. Is my understanding correct? Or are we just starting with a committee of five and then going from there?
