Hi, I'm a newbie that would like to get involved in aerial imagery. I'll try to get images via sport aeroplanes, RC planes, kites, etc...
From what I know so far main idea is to fly at same altitude and take multiple images with camera pointing directly at the ground, right? Then those multiple images need to be merged together, is panorama software like hugin what is used or some other software? What are next steps after that? How to rectify images? What software is used for rectification?
