Schuyler, Last week i just finished turning my scripts into globally installed autotools project. Christopher Schmidt said he would try it out this weekend on quad.
There is a project creation script thats ran and at the end it runs mc to let you copy example scripts to the project dir. For the most part all that needs changed in the examples would be temp dir, name, how many processes to fork, a regex to get the date of the image from the image, one or two file globs, and the url to the source data. Example attached. Currently the only extra processing available is gap filling and pan sharpening. There is still a lot of work to be done. Currently I am working on cloud masking, and plan to work on ortho-rectification.
