Looking forwards to seeing lots of animated GPX traces and new data appearing as the month progresses. Do keep the list posted on cool stuff :-) I've added the details and dates to the OSM wiki at http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/WikiProject_India and put the individual dates and locations into the front page calendar. Please update if you can as the final details unravel. Also noted on your freemap wiki was that the links back to OSM only point to another freemap page and then the osm wiki rather than the OSM homepage at www.openstreetmap.org. You might think about using the official homepage in your links. Cheers and happy mapping.
