This is a reference page: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Batch_Upload I have written this in Perl: http://svn.openstreetmap.org/applications/utils/gps-tracks/gpx-batch-upload/ It uploads the GPX traces onto OSM doing a login with password.
