Having done some human-computer-interaction courses at uni, my main gripe about your program is that bugs can't have different severity ratings and that these ratings aren't visible. The current 'x' icon is very hostile and upfront and should only be used to represent fatal errors in map, not to mark missing streets or typos. In addition it's a bad idea to use this same hostile icon as favicon. You should rather use something friendly and comfortable.
