Well, we need to know the version because it's a fairly recent feature. You did use --slim and -a, right? Note that tests so far have shown that its not very fast at applying diffs. There's probably a lot of room for improvement but I wrote the code and havn't been able to load up the whole DB myself, so I'm completely unsure about where the speed is going. If you can try it on a minute diff first that would be nice, then at least we have an idea how much time it will take...
