I am using GPSMid (http://gpsmid.sourceforge.net/) on SE W200i - I don't have bluetooth GPS, so I use it only for displaying the map (which it does quite fine), but it is also capable of using GPS (should work with bluetooth and integrated cellphine GPSes), logging tracks and making waypoints (making and exporting wayponts is something that I am using frequently, so I can confirm this surely works)
