The streets have not been mapped yet, but there are streets leading to all these obejcts, see e.g. http://tools.geofabrik.de/mc/?mt0=mapnik&mt1=googlesat&lon=126.63172&lat=37.47186&zoom=18 I don't see a reason to think the imported data is incorrect. However I found a couple of duplicate restaurants and fuel stations. Also shouldn't the names be in local language and only name:en contain the english name, instead of this "name=<name:ko> (<name:en>)" scheme?
