It seems that there is a problem with very small islands. They are reported as buggy even if they seem to be ok. I've reported such an error a while ago on WIKI: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Talk:Coastline_error_checker Since this problem appears only for small islands i assume that this is because of some kind of rounding error.
