To add to this, this user is failing to reply to messages and continuing to edit (currently in Iceland). I can't speak for the usefulness of his edits there, but he certainly seems prolific.
Right now I'm torn between my desire to fix the core of the Irish road network and my fear that he'll break it again. Can we reach some consensus for damage limitation action here? (like a ban until this loon explains himself...)
