Potlatch uses Flash Player's keyboard input, Flash Player's text rendering,
Flash Player's Unicode handling. That is all.

There is absolutely no language-specific code in there, it leaves it all up
to the Flash Player runtime. The only extra code in that general area is the
workaround I coded to fix the long-standing Linux Flash Player bug with
entering non-ASCII text (aka Adobe bug FP-40).
