I see the town/city named with some Arabic-like script, until zoom 15 where
it is "Nizampet".
So I think your browser has cached the map tiles. Try holding Control and
pressing the F5 key (windows/linux) which sometimes does a bit more than the
usual F5 refresh. For being zoomed in, the server needs to render the tiles
again, this doesn't normally take so long.
