Hi Manning, Jordi, t...@osm Jordi can confirm, but i'd say that you need to get direct permission from the wikiloc.com user, to use their tracks. An easy way todo that is to comment on their published route (and that user would probably recieve notice of a comment)
btw, the tracks i have listed are already in OSM, i just uploaded them to both places. :) wikiloc is more about recording trips you took & want to share the route.
