Well the question came from a new OSMer from Shkoder Albania, who is helping with the http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/AlbanianFloodingCrisisCamp. The people in albania dont have much money, it is a very poor country, but they love to spend money on mobile phones. there are a great deal of good used mobile phones for sale there.
