My fault not to have informed you any time sooner. I did contact the ministry deputy in october and worked thru the various steps in order to get approval for this. Somewhere on this page there is the link to the actual authorization letter addressed at me which allows use of the wms for osm retracing. we might still need a way to use it thru potlatch.
