Ideas for OSM goodies could be found here

to OSM projects).
I also like the idea of a printed poster of your area(or area of choice).
The winner may also just have done the survey to help the OSM-interested
student (I hope I don't have to pay anyone when I do my OSM uni project), so
a donation to the OSM Foundation could be good.

How about offering the winner(s) 3 options that might be: poster, a list of
smaller OSM goodies, donation to OSMF on their behalf.
