I may be wrong, but it looks like they've taken a static dump of the tiles
from earlier today, rather than a dump of the data. Some changes I just made
today
(http://www.bing.com/maps/explore/#5003/s=w&p=c/5872/style=Mapnik&lat=28.384201&lon=-81.507361&z=18&pid=50735)
are visible, while others I made about a week ago
(http://www.bing.com/maps/explore/#5003/s=w&p=c/5872/style=Mapnik&lat=28.575156&lon=-81.31304&z=18.001296&pid=50735)
aren't rendered on the highest zoom level, same as with the tiles on the OSM
server (since nobody had zoomed in that far until now; they're now
rerendered on the OSM server:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=28.57489&lon=-81.312164&zoom=18&layers=M).

I was hoping they'd give us an extra zoom level. Oh well.
