There is none listed at http://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo but for minor Osmarender discussions we use http://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/tilesathome AFAIK to communicate with them(mapnik on OSM) http://trac.openstreetmap.org/query?status=accepted&status=assigned&status=new&status=reopened&component=mapnik&order=priority is a list of tickets . You can add one . Also come to #osm on irc://irc.oftc.net to directly talk if you want a quick response.
