Sadly flash won't work on the iPad. So it would likely to have to be an
iPad specific app in Objective-C (shudder). And then a Flash version for
all the other platforms.

It should be possible to grab the touch screen events (you can in
javascript anyway) - not sure if there are issues with getting the
location using Flash?
