Interesting things have been happening in Iceland OpenStreetMap-wise. The city of Reykjavík (the capital) just approved that they'll be commissioning an online cycle map and pedestrian router based on OpenStreetMap data.
There's some more about this in a blog post I wrote: http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/%C3%86var%20Arnfj%C3%B6r%C3%B0%20Bjarmason/diary/11710 We're also going to be having talks with the city's GIS team soon. I don't know what'll come out of it, but if we get access to their database we might end up with the most detailed data import in OSM's history. We also might get nothing data-wise, but there's hope. _______________________________________________ talk mailing list talk@openstreetmap.org http://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk
